This is a family event and all behavior which does not reflect family values will not be permitted. Additional Event Rules may be added at the host’s discretion.

* Due to Kentucky Law, KRS.411 and KRS.189:
Children 16 and under without a valid driver’s license may not operate an off-road vehicle on the public highway during the ATV paradeor ride on the public highway up to the trail head.
However, children may participate in the trail ride, by riding as passengers or operating their own off-road vehicle, which may be delivered via trailer to the site of the trail head or ridden there by an adult. We regret the inconvenience caused by this rule; however, we are bound by the law. If you have any questions, please contact Hazard/Perry County Tourism.

* No Alcohol on event premises
* All coolers and or containers are subject to inspection
* All vehicles are subject to inspection
* Parties in possession of illegal drugs, alcohol and/or firearms will be removed from the event and may be arrested with no refund of event registration fees
* No firearms are permitted on the premises/trails the day of the event, unless by authorized officials
* Parking in designated areas only-- others are subject to be towed and impounded
* Littering will result in fines and dismissal from the event with no refund of registration fees
* Down time or off time for off road vehicles will be announced from stage and will include time during the performance which must be respected, disobedience will result in dismissal from the event, possible arrest
* No stray ATV units will be permitted on the roadway and operators will be subject to tickets or arrest with no refund of registration fees. Organized, escorted returns to the event site will be arranged and shuttle service will be provided
* Due to the rural area, off-road vehicles should be fully serviced and trail ready before being brought on site for the event
* All riders must wear helmets, protective eye wear and clothing pursuant to KRS.

 

This park operates, and everyone rides at his
or her own risk under KRS 41 1.190.
Know your limitations and do not exceed
the capabilities of your vehicle.

1. Helmets are required at all time in pusuant to KRS 189.515 Protective gear including, but not limited to those items listed by the manufacturer and the ATV Safety Institute are strongly recommended. 2. Consumption of acohol while or before operating a motorized vehicle is NOT permitted. No one is allowed to possess any illegal substances including, but not limited to; drugs, explosives and fireworks within the park.
3. No passengers on anby ATV unless the ATV ismanufactured for the driver and a passenger.
4. Litter laws are strictly enforced. Place littler in an appropriate trash recepticle or “Pack In It, Pack It Out.”
5. Carry photo identification at all times.
6. No vehicle over sixty (60) inches in width is allowed on the trail.
7. Operators of side by side vehicles must have a valid drivers’ license.
8. Motorcycles and ATVs must have a properly functioning muffler and USFS approved spark arrestor.
9.There will be no toleration for fighting. Any violation of this rule will result in being banned from the property and poosibly being arrested.
10. Do not remove or desrtoy trees, shrubs,plants or animals (except in approved huntimg areas and approved hunting seasons). Further more do not feed any animals.
11.The park is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or injury to visitors.
12. All ATV drivers should follow the manufacture’s safe operating procedures. Please be sure that your ATV has the appropriate equipment needed to operate on the rough terrain in the park.
13.An adult must supervise minors at all times.
14. Be courteous of other drivers and Park Employees on and off of the trails.
15.All vehiclesmust operate in a manner to avoid incidents and/or accidents while in the park.
16. No glass container are allowed in the park.
17. The board must approve any new trails, outdoor fire areas, or camping / campsite areas.
18. All riders should use designated entrances.
